This hotel never disappoints. Always spotless. Across the street from the outlet mall and multiple restaurants. Easy walk to Culver’s, Arby’s, IHOP, a nice brewery with good food. Staff friendly. Breakfast has many choices of hot and cold foods!

My accessibility needs were cheerfully addressed by all staff I encountered, from getting a stool for my roll-in shower to assisting me with the breakfast buffet. Pool is in a lovely warm room with big windows that filled the room with natural light.

This property isn't interested in its purpose. The walls are so thin I could hear word for word conversation in the next room. Dogs were allowed to bark up and down the hall with no intervention from the front desk. And note if you are …

We got the best hotel employee at the front desk. She should be working in corporate! We were so tired after traveling 10 hours. We were allowed to bring our two cats. I was able to get a roll in shower! We needed to go to my bank in the morning, and there is a Wells Fargo a 1/4 block away.

I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but this hotel checked a lot of boxes for me. First - it was quiet and by that I mean silent. Beds were nothing great but room HVAC worked fine and the in room coffee was great. Given the location, quietness, and reasonable price, 5 star.

To be fair, most of the front desk staff are fairly worthless. They don't even lift their eyes to say hello or acknowledge you. BUT, Drew and Bette set the bar high and have been really great reps for this company. I would also mention the cleaning crew are all excellent. Lolita especially has been a true and hard work ethic for this facility during my two-week stay.

I enjoyed my time at this Best Western PLUS. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, clean and easy to relax in after a day of activities. It was close to many things I wanted to do and enjoy. The breakfast was awesome and a fantastic start to my day. I will return and stay here again!

Location is convenient to everything you need. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Quiet rooms even though close to traffic/highway. Breakfast had lots of options and space was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.
